GSI code

  • This version GSI code is based on the NCEP's global implementation version of the GSI in February, 2009 (Q1FY09).
  • The version has passed the following test:
    1. AIX
    2. LINUX: pgi 7.0,8.0,9.0
    3. LINUX: ifort 10.1

Library source code

  • All libraries are under ./src/libs

Fixed files

  • Fixed files are under ./fix.
