Parking

Please read carefully -- this is somewhat complicated

If you would like to park a car at the meeting site, you will need a parking permit. This permit will cover all three days of the meeting. Parking will be at Lot 436 at the corner of Regent Drive and Colorado Avenue (entrance on Regent Drive), just one-and-a-half blocks from the meeting location. (Closer handicapped parking is available -- please notify us of any special needs.) If you want a parking space/permit, you must contact Gloria Kelly (gloriak@ucar.edu, or 303-497-2102) by July 15 so that we can have your permit printed. Someone will be at the lot from 12:30 to 2:30 to distribute the permits, good for all three meeting days, when you arrive on the first day. If your name is not on the list, you will not get a parking space -- and parking on campus is tight, to say nothing of expensive! If you are coming for only the second or third day of the meetings and want a parking space/permit, please notify Gloria and she will see if we have time to mail a permit to you. We will not be handing out permits at the lot on those two later days.

Please see the map for parking lot location details. As you come north on Route 36/28th Street, turn left onto Colorado Avenue, left onto Regent Drive, and left into Lot 436.
