- Flagstaff House (west of town -- great views -- very expensive)
- Frasca Food and Wine (touted as one of the best, hottest restaurants in the country -- call immediately if you want to have any chance of getting a table)

- Gold Hill Inn (located in an old mining town west of Boulder -- great scenery on the way there)
- Greenbriar Inn (north of town)
