ASCII2NC Tool: Run

Since ASCII2NC simply performs a reformatting step, no configuration file is needed.

Run ASCII2NC on the command line using the following command:

bin/ascii2nc \
data/sample_obs/ascii/sample_ascii_obs.txt \
tutorial/out/ascii2nc/tutorial_ascii.nc \
-v 2

ASCII2NC should perform this refomatting step very quickly.
