Overview
The DTC Visitor Program supports visitors to collaborate with DTC staff and partners to accelerate improvements in Earth System understanding and prediction. Prospective visitors are required to submit a project proposal in response to an Announcement of Opportunity (AO). Proposals will be subject to both internal and external review. The external review will be conducted by the DTC Science Advisory Board (SAB), which consists of scientists from government labs, operational centers, and academic institutions. The DTC Management Board will make the final recommendations to the DTC Director based on the review by the DTC SAB. The DTC currently has two opportunities open to the community:

Prospective applicants are encouraged to carefully review the parameters of the AO and contact us by emailing visitor-program@dtcenter.org prior to submitting a proposal to discuss whether your project will be a good fit.
